Membership Requirements

• Club Secretary and the store have a list of those who met the Membership Requirements in 2007

• Members will receive membership cards to show at Keystone (available for pick-up at Keystone)

• Working on other places for discounts for card-carrying members

• Important to sign in every night and update your e-mail address if you’re not receiving club e-mails

Updates to Club Website

• Better updating of calendar and front page

• Meeting summaries

• E-mail sign-up online

• Updating website content on brewing info

• Adding projects page co-authored by Chris Bowen and Steve Small

• Please send us your award-winning recipes, if you’re willing to share

Club Budget

• 2007 was first year this club operated with full slate of activities and fund-raisers

• Now we have an idea of what it takes to run this club on an annual basis

• Profits from Malt Madness and fund-raisers will go back to you throughout the following year

• Please ask the Club Treasurer if you have any questions

Beer Appreciation Tour

• Mix of breweries, brewpubs and beer bars

• Proposed itinerary includes at least 6 stops over 12 hrs: Sly Fox, Iron Hill, Rock Bottom, General Lafayette Inn, Manayunk Brewery and Spinnerstown Hotel

• Limited to 47 people – members first, non-members and spouses next

• Deadline to sign up will be announced when we confirm a date w/bus company

• $15/person for a 12-hour tour – only money reserves your seat, not a promise!

• Club will offset remaining cost of trip and will buy lunch or a pint for everyone

• Beer at remaining stops is yours to purchase
