**Update** Easton Beer Festival - AKA Lehigh Valley Brewfest (October 17, 2009) will be held down by the river.
Keystone will have a booth if you're interested in coming to visit, however since we cannot serve our tasty homebrew
at this event, we have removed it from the club calendar.

Allentown Craft Beer Festival - Allentown Brew Works bier gaarden (November 7, 2009). We will be serving beer
at this event and will be holding a keg only competition at our meeting on Oct. 27, 2009 to decide the top 6 beers to
represent the Lehigh Valley Homebrewers. The competition will be sponsored by Keystone Homebrew Supply, and will
consist of popular voting by anyone present at the October meeting. Let us know if you are interested in bringing
your full 5 gallon keg(s) with you in October if you're hoping to compete.

Teach-a-Friend to Homebrew Day (November 7, 2009). This event is in conflict with the Allentown Craft
Beer Festival, so we are looking into moving this date back, or ahead a week in order to accomodate our member's desire
to attend both events. We will keep you updated as this changes.

Malt Madness Label Competition (Nov. 24, 2009) - in an effort to generate more interest as well as some
money for charity, we will be holding our first label competition. This event will cost $1 per entry with ALL
proceeds going to Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Based on the turn out of this event, we anticipate
making this a combined part of Malt Madness in the future. For entry forms
