Sparge Manifold

A friend  asked about building a sparge manifold. I had some ideas that I wanted to experiment with, so I offered to build it. It fits a 10 gallon round cooler mash tun.

The water passes through 1/2" CPVC and the support structure is 1/2" PVC. The support structure hangs on the top rim of the cooler.

IA 1/2" hole was drilled in a PVC cross for the CPVC to pass, and another hole was drilled perpendicular to the first which was tapped and threaded a thumbscrew to allow for height adjustment of the manifold into the mash tun.
