2009 was a great year for the Lehigh Valley Homebrewers. Thank you for
making it memorable for everyone involved. 2009 saw our membership grow to new heights, and helped our club to be
elevated as one of top rated homebrew clubs east of the Mississippi. From all of us here at LVHB, we thank
you for our success and support, and look forward to a great new year in 2010.

Random Beer Tips
Tip 3: Use an immersion or counter-flow chiller to cool your wort as quickly as possible. Ideally you should cool a boiling 5 gallon batch to room temperature in 15 minutes or less. This will improve clarity of your finished beer and also reduce the risk of off flavors and aromas.
