Big Brew

• Bourbon Barrel option - Strong Scotch Ale (Category 9E)

• Signups will be required to make sure we have enough barrels

• Welcome to come and brew anything, not just bourbon barrel

• Welcome to come and hang out if you're not interested in brewing

• Recipe is available at the store

• Club will be putting on a pig roast at the event

Beer Appreciation Tour

• Saturday June 28, 2008

• Limited to 47 people - members first, non-members and spouses next

• $35/person = bus ride, meal at one stop and private tour at Victory Brewing Company

• Members may sign up tonight or at the store through Sunday, April 13th, 2008

• Associate members/non-members may sign up after that through the April meeting

• Only money actually reserves your seat, not a promise to pay!
