Happy New Year Brewers,
Welcome to 2023 and what I hope will be an exciting year of new brewing events, challenges, and opportunities to share and grow our love of creating excellent (and sometimes unexpected) beer, wine, and mead!
Our next meeting is at Country Club Brewing in Bethlehem. Please join us as we welcome this new brewery to the Lehigh Valley! Membership renewals will be opening up soon, watch your email for the renewal link and annual membership survey.
We had an excellent turnout for the Homebrewer of the Year competition in 2023 with 31 brewers participating. We'll announce the overall HBoTY winner at the January meeting, as well as the line up and changes for the 2023 competition. Remember to check the sale forum on the website for deals on gear to set you up for success!
A big thanks to Strange Brew Tavern for hosting our annual Holiday Party in December and to everyone who was able to join us for an evening of scrumptious food, beer, and deserts. The label competition had some amazing and hilarious entries!

Finally, I'd like to thank our outgoing club officers: Secretary Dan Miller, Vice-President Joe Kalinosky, and President John Litak. Their commitment to working to expand opportunities for the club to share our brewing with and give back to the local and international community, to collaborate with club members who've gone pro, and their shepherding of the club through an especially tumultuous and challenging couple of years have set a high standard for the club moving forward in 2023 and beyond.

Future Meetings:
Meetings are open to anyone (21 and older) who home brews (beer, wine, cider, mead) or is interested in learning about home brewing. Our club has over 30 certified judges and several members who have "gone pro" by opening their own brewery, meadery, or distillery! - So bring your latest craft creation and get some constructive feedback and/or accolades!
